Heading south along the Intracoastal Waterway? Make St. Marys, Georgia, your Thanksgiving stop!

For years, the welcoming residents of St. Marys have opened their community to cruising boaters, providing a wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving, reconnect with old friends, and meet new ones. And for years Seven Seas Cruising Association has supported this community.

Thanksgiving Day — Thursday, November 26

Join fellow cruisers at Southern Riverwalk for a traditional Thanksgiving feast at 1:00 PM. Local townspeople provide the turkeys and hams, while visiting boaters contribute side dishes. Please have your dishes there by 12:30 PM.

The festivities extend throughout Thanksgiving week, with informal gatherings, boaters’ parties, music bingo, happy hours, and Friday breakfast.

Free rides for groceries, laundry, and other errands are available by appointment on selected days. Dinghy access is available, and cruisers needing marina slips should arrange reservations separately.
