Cruisers gathered from around the world convened March 16–22 in the Exumas for the annual SSCA Bahamas Cruisers Gathering, hosted in partnership with Commodore Joni Thomas, Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) and the iconic Lorraine’s Cafe.
St. Augustine, Florida — The Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA), in partnership with Ladybug Events, recently hosted a successful gathering combining the SSCA Conference with the Ladybug Regatta. Cruisers from across the sailing community came together for several days of seminars, dockside discussions, hands on workshops aboard boats, and on the water activities designed to support both experienced voyagers and those preparing for their first cruising adventures.
Curtis Stokes, of Curtis Stokes & Associates, explained the practical value of using a broker whether selling a boat, buying a boat, or using a broker as a buyer’s agent. Webinar also covered why surveys matter and what today’s market looks like for boat purchases and sales.
